NeoChem Core – Heavy-Duty Standardized PFA-Lined Magnetic Drive Chemical Pump

NeoChem Core is a high-performance, heavy-duty centrifugal pump engineered according to ISO 2858 standards for the safe handling of aggressive and hazardous chemicals.

The pump features a hermetically sealed magnetic coupling (no mechanical seal), ensuring zero leakage and eliminating the risks associated with conventional shaft seals. This makes it ideal for pumping toxic, environmentally hazardous, or high-purity media where absolute tightness is essential.

All wetted components are manufactured from corrosion-resistant PFA, providing superior chemical resistance and allowing operation at process temperatures up to +150°C. A high-strength armored outer casing ensures structural integrity even under harsh operating conditions.

Its back-pull-out design allows easy removal of the hydraulic and magnetic assembly without disconnecting the piping system, significantly reducing downtime and maintenance costs. The integrated flow-through bearing cooling system further enhances reliability and service life.
