NEOChem Base – Standardized ETFE-Lined Magnetic Drive Pump

NEOChem Base is a heavy-duty, chemically resistant centrifugal pump designed in accordance with ISO 2858 and ISO 15783 standards. The pump features a hermetically sealed magnetic coupling (seal-less design), eliminating the need for mechanical seals and ensuring zero leakage during operation.

The wetted parts are manufactured from ETFE carbon-fiber reinforced material (ETFE-CF), providing superior corrosion resistance even when handling highly aggressive or hazardous media. A robust armored outer casing ensures structural strength and durability under harsh operating conditions.

The integrated back-pull-out design allows quick removal of the hydraulic and magnetic assembly without disconnecting piping, significantly reducing maintenance time and downtime. The flow-through bearing cooling system enhances reliability and extends service life.
